This year marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Keystone Policy Center. In 2025, we will embark on a year-long celebration, highlighting its most impactful and foundational achievements. We’ll explore the organization’s journey from its innovative beginnings to its ongoing legacy of collaborative problem-solving. In this first episode, we explore the extraordinary life of Bob Craig, the founder of the Keystone Policy Center. From his early days as a mountaineer, including his harrowing experience on the 1953 K2 expedition, to his service in World War II and the Korean War, Bob’s adventures shaped his philosophy of resilience and collaboration.
